Company / How we work

Understand. Define. Deliver. Review.

A clear engagement starts with the requirement and ends with an understandable handover.

Understand the requirement

Describe the current situation, the people involved and the outcome you need. Include relevant volumes, locations, deadlines and existing arrangements. A specific example is often more useful than a broad request for improvement.

Define the scope

Agree the activities, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities and commercial terms. Identify information or access needed from the client. Where other providers or approvals are involved, record those dependencies before delivery.

Deliver the agreed work

Use the agreed sequence and communication arrangements. Raise changes in conditions or missing information rather than silently widening the scope. Keep the people who need to make decisions informed of relevant issues.

Review and hand over

Check the result against the agreed scope. Confirm what information, documentation or next-step responsibility is handed over. Any additional service should be discussed as a defined requirement, with its own expectations.
